Lawsuit claims Porsche liable for Paul Walker’s death

In the November 25 wrongful death lawsuit filed by attorneys of deceased actor Paul Walker’s father against Porsche, it was claimed that the “Fast and Furious” star could have survived the crash on November 30, 2013, if his 2005 Carrera GT had adequate safety features installed, namely, an “electronic stability control system” like those found in other specialized vehicles. This claim is similar to those listed in a lawsuit filed by the actor’s daughter, Meadow Walker, in which her attorneys alleged that the seatbelt and vehicle sidings likely contributed to the fatal injuries sustained by the actor.
